The service

Budget Chef provides AI-powered meal planning, grocery list generation, nutrition tracking, and pantry management. Meal suggestions and nutrition estimates are for informational purposes and are not medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate profile information so the app can generate appropriate recommendations.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription after any free trial period. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed according to Apple's terms. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to abuse our services or third-party APIs.

AI-generated content

Meals and grocery lists are generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify ingredients, allergens, and cooking instructions before use. We are not liable for outcomes from following AI-generated recipes.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
